You are Enough

As a compassionate and caring mental health professional, I believe everyone deserves a safe and non-judgmental space where they can work towards peace and self-acceptance.
I see therapy as a tool for cultivating awareness around old patterns of behavior that no longer serve us – helping you embrace yourself and move towards personal growth and healing.

How I Work

I approach therapy with the belief that you are the expert in your own life.

In our time together, I’ll support you as we explore what brought you here, examining where you came from, where you are now, and where you want to be.
My goal is to create an open and compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and respected.

Experience

My interest in mental health started at a young age and has shaped both my professional journey and my personal life.

I believe in the interconnectedness of physical and mental health, and that caring for ourselves in all aspects is key to achieving the life we want.

I have worked in hospitals, community programs, schools, and abroad. I am passionate about supporting women through fertility, pregnancy, postnatal care, and child-rearing. I am an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, advocate for social justice, and am deeply committed to racial equality.

Outside the Office

In my free time, I stay physically active with biking, running, and yoga. I also enjoy tending to my houseplants, growing food crops, and spending time outdoors.
