Who You Are

We are looking for fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) masters-level clinicians with 1–2 years of post-grad experience who are passionate about:

The Day-to-Day

Provide high-quality psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and couples.
Maintain a caseload of 12–15 (Part-Time) or 23–27 (Full-Time) clients per week. We offer increased pay if you maintain over 25 clients.
Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely, detail-oriented manner.
Manage your own schedule (requires some evening hours and at least one weekend day).
Collaborate! Participate in peer supervision and contribute to our “life-long learner” environment.

Requirements

License: Current Illinois LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT (Required). LPC considered.
Experience: 1–2 years post-graduate clinical experience.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with EMR systems and telehealth platforms.
Vibe: Independent, collaborative, and attuned to client needs.
