We offer in-person and online sessions.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, we do. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO, BCBS Telligen (City of Chicago workers), Cigna PPO, United Behavioral Health PPO, and Aetna PPO.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 53 minutes long.
How do I set up an initial appointment?
Contact us at (708) 991-7103 or [email protected], and one of our amazing staff will walk you through the process. You will have the opportunity to choose a therapist, or we can determine the best fit based on your needs.
What ages do you serve?
We have clinicians who work with children ages three and up, adolescents, young adults, and seasoned adults. All ages are welcome and supported.
Do you work with men? Women? Couples?
We work with all genders and identities. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy.
What do you actually do in sessions?
Your therapist will work collaboratively with you to create a strong rapport and determine your goals for therapy. Each therapist has their own style and approach to therapy. You should expect to spend time exploring your thoughts and behaviors to learn how they interact and learn skills to support yourself in living your best life.
Is therapy just me talking about what is wrong in my life all the time?
Not at all. Therapy is sometimes learning relational skills, coping skills, or whatever you are interested in. Our time together is often filled with what you bring in on that particular day, but you can count on your therapist to bring the conversation back to the goals you set at the beginning of the process.
Why did you become a therapist?
While each therapist has their own answer for this question, we all share the love of helping others overcome life obstacles and learn skills to live their best lives.
Do you prefer dogs or cats?
Yes, please. We love them all.
